Barrier-on-Chip System Our barrier-on-chip allows the modeling of a wide range of tissue barriers. The soft cell culture substrate facilitates cell attachment and the establishment of tight mono- and co-cultures.
It is perfectly suitable for modeling various tissue barriers such as lung, gut, skin, brain, kidney, etc. using cell lines, induced pluripotent stem, or primary cells.
