Short Description The cell‐based assays represent early key events of the skin sensitization process. h‐CLAT, the human Cell Line Activation Test and U‐Sens using THP‐1 or U937 cells which respond to skin sensitizes with the expression of CD54 and CD86 (OECD 442E).The keratinocyte cell lines KeratinoSens® and LuSens express the Luciferase reporter gene upon activation of the Nrf2 stress pathway (OECD 442D).
